Crystal Reports "Not supported" message

I am working in Crystal Reports 10.

Recently I have been getting a Crystal Reports window with the "Not supported" message. This report runs fine but if it sits idle for a while, this message pops up. When I click ok, the report is blanked out. I can go to Database | Verify Database and the data comes back. This report has two subreports; I have checked the "Set Datasource Location" for all the tables and the two subreports and that is all good.

Any suggestions as to what is causing this window to pop up?
