We have reports set to run over a Citrix connection using UniPrint. Everything is fine when the report is open in Crystal (not over a citrix connection), but when the reports are printed over the Citrix connection all of the captial C's are missing. This is happening on several reports. The previews show up fine, but it won't print the letter 'C' if it is capitalized. Lower case is fine.

My Citrix guy laughed at me, but we are creating legal documents and the letter 'C' is relatively important.

I think I may have officially seen it all now.

Wow...that is a weird one.

Couple of questions....
1. What version of Crystal?
2. Are the reports "integrated"\"embedded" in an application or running "through" Crystal directly?

Couple of notes....
1. I am not at all familiar with UniPrint. (I know what it does, but have never worked with it).
2. Crystal can be VERY printer specific. (Ever create a Word document with a super duper printer selected and then print it to a very basic printer and seen the format go haywire? Crystal can act the same way)

Couple of suggestions....
1. If you haven't already, Copy all Crystal DLLs found in the systemroot\crystal folder (c:\winnt\crystal where c: is the Citrix server root drive and winnt is the OS install directory) into the SYSTE32 folder. Make sure all users have full control (minus delete) of these DLLs.
2. Make a backup copy of 1 report. Then modify the "original" report in the Crystal designer. In printer setup select "No printer". This will in essence format the report generically. Now try printing the report.
3. Again, make a backup copy of the report and try playing with the fonts. It could be possible that UniPrint can't properly translate some fonts.

Let me know what happens......
