Crystal Reports Maps 1

Hi All,

I am using Crystal Reports Xi and am interested in developing a report that shows a map of the UK.

The map would ideally show values of work with local authoties in the UK. Does anyone know if it is possible to map by local authority?

Currently I cannot even map by county or city as the only options I have are:
East Midlands, North West etc.

You might need a 3rd party add-in to Crystal for that specific level of detail.

I know that MapInfo and ESRI have add-ins for Crystal Reports XI and Business Objects Enterprise XI.

The full ESRI integration kit is from APOS -

There's also a company called ThinkGeo that has a .NET tool that should be able to deliver detailed map images to Crystal Reports XI (DEVELOPER) if you are generating the reports via the .NET SDK for Crystal.

Thanks for the reply.

I assume I would have to pay for these. Do you know if it is possible to get to a level below Midlands , North West etc. with the existing maps so I could specifiy a county and link manually?
