Crystal Reports Map Expert using Geocodes (latitude/longitude)

Is it possible to create a Dot Density map in Crystal Reports using either latitude and longitude or a street level address?

We're using 2013

Crystal's mapping feature doesn't plot individual locations. But you might be able to tap into a Google map and do that using the technique described here:
