Hello Forum Members,

I want to know which report is run frequently so where can i access the logs of all the reports? Is there is location(physical directory) that stores these logs...

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Srikanth

Where are you running your report? Is it in BusinessObjects? If so and you have auditing turned on and configured to log successful schedules and report refreshes then you should be able to get this information in the audit reports.

A computer only does what you actually told it to do - not what you thought you told it to do.

Thanks for your reply.

How do i do that on business objects ?
How can i configure to log successful schedules ?

In my scenario, crystal reports are run by a custom application not from Infoview but we do have automated reports which are run by Business Objects.

If they're run inside the BusinessObjects framework, then it can be logged by auditing. I'm assuming you're not the BO system admin, so you'll need to check with yours to determine whether auditing is turned on. If it's not, there is some configuration that will need to occur on the report server to get it up and running. If it is, then there are reports available in InfoView under a folder called Auditor which may show what you're looking for or there's a universe called "Activity" from which either a WebI or Crystal report can be created to get you that information.
