Crystal Reports Issues in Visual Studio

I have inherited a Windows Application that uses Crystal Reports as the reporting option. The original app was modified using Visual Studio 2003 ... I recently installed Visual Studio 2005 (I have both versions installed). I made some modifications to the project in VS 2005 and compiled and everything works fine for me. However when other users attempt to open the application they get the following error ...
"Application has generated an exception that could not be handled."
I have exhausted my resources checking the .NET versions, etc.
Being that I am not Crystal Reports Savvy ... could it be something with the version of Crystal Reports?
Any info would be greatly appreciated .... thanks!
