Crystal Reports Installation

Hi all,

I have created a setup project for my application, and cos I use Crystal Reports and its viewer I have included the merge modules necessary:

Managed.msm
Database_Access.msm
RegWiz.msm (with my registration code)

All this works fine but I'm developping using VS.NET FRENCH (cos I'm in France) and my customer has Windows 2000 ENGLISH (cos he's Danish! )

So I need Database_Access_enu.msm as well! (Cos I have reports which use ADO.NET datasets)
Where can I get this file?
I checked out the Crystal Decisions web site and Microsoft's web site, to no avail.
Needless to say I have the French version of this file Database_Access_fra.msm.

This is a serious problem, as my application is planned for International use, I'm going to run into this problem for other languages...
Have others had this problem?
Should I just include my French file, what are the consequences?
