Crystal reports in Aloha

Does anyone know how to write crystal reports for Aloha. Specifically what program are you using to do it, and some basic instructions. As well as what kind of reports can you get. Is it possible to create custom sales reports? Ones that can pull cash sales, charged tips, and break out by revenue center and job codes.

I don't know how but I know it's possible.
If you're doing it as a customer request there's always the hosted aloha insight you could suggest, but again that really doesn't answer your question.
