Hello,
We are implementing the 'load balancing' scenario in our project. The Crystal Reports server is on a 3rdPartyServer (the name of our server ... assume) and the asp pages are on servers WebServer1 and WebServer2 ... There is a one more server for the database suppose DataServer.
The two servers WebServer1 and 2 are outside the firewall. When we are trying to access the CR from outside the firewall we are getting 'Page Cannot be displayed' Error. Within the firewall we are getting the reports correctly.
Can anyone tell if this is correct or if I will have to do something more ...
