Crystal Reports hangs when opening a report

Hello, I'm using CR 11 and Sql Serve 2008. I cannot resolve why Crystal Reports hangs when trying to open a new report or existing reports. It freezes and I would have to end the process to stop the program. Only thing I can think of that may have triggered this issue is I had to add another ODBC driver. Possibly, multiple drivers may have caused this problem. I tried deleting them and opening a report but with no luck.

Check the event viewer to see if any info there will help explain the hang.
