Crystal Reports for ROI Manage 2000 Software

Has anyone out there dealth with this package? I have a new client with this software and they are complaining that the ODBC driver is slow. I have not actually been there yet so I cannot make my own judgement, but I was hoping someone in TT land had already run into this.

For what it is worth, the database is called Unidata or a U2 database, which is all new stuff to me. Any insights would be appreciated. Software Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine
