Crystal Reports fails for one user on BI 4.

We have a user that has rights to schedule a report (the user schedules it for Now), it has no parameters and it fails with the message 'Object could not be scheduled within the specified time interval.'. We are on BI 4 SP 02 FP 15. She is using IE 8 to access Infoview. I can run it without an issue on my computer, but if I remote into the user's computer and try to run the report I get the same error. The user can run other reports with out an issue.

Any ideas.

Issue solved. It turned out the expiry date had been set (not sure when it had been set). Anyhow scheduling the report to run once with a date far in the future. Then the expiry date gets changed and we can schedule the report to run now.
