Having trouble (3 issues)when exporting csv files from crystal. 1. Duplicate accounts exporting even when all data is grouped by all columns. 2. Issue with number conversion exporting with commas even though format field was changed to eliminate commas. 3. When I export to xls data only duplicates are removed but date time funciton wil not format to only date even when formatted to date only beofre export?

Crystal Reports Export Issue to csv file

The CSV export seems to never do quite what you want. For that reason we developed the Grid User Function Library, that builds a work area using formulas inside the report and then saves that (using any delimiter you like) to the disk. No export required, and can combine data from main reports, subreports, do group sections only. Email me your report and I'll show you how to use it.
