Is anyone out there using Crystal Reports Explorer?
We recently upgraded from Seagate Info 7.5 / Crystal Reports 8.0. We have nearly 500 pre-written reports with moderate to complex record selection formulas.
When we use the modify option and open the report for modification in Crystal Reports Explorer, the record selection formulas are not translating accurately for the majority of our reports. Technical Support has confirmed some syntax requirements, which will mean modifications to enable report modification using Crystal Reports Explorer.
Some syntax limitations, however, are preventing report modification using Crystal Reports Explorer altogether.
We are frustrated and are seeking dialog with anyone who is successfully using Crystal Reports Explorer with reports originated in Crystal Reports 10.
