I support an ASR (automated storage and retreival) packege called PRISM which was written in C++ and calls reports in Crystal Reports format. When I call on any given report, (file) I receive the following error message:

Title bar says "Crystal Reports Error"
MsgBox says "There is no index associated with the cursor"
[OK] button

What does this mean?

Do you have Crystal Reports, or just the print engine that came with PRISM?
Crystal Reports error messages have a number as well, unless this is an error message than is being generated by PRISM in response to Crystal Reports print engine error message. Can PRISM help you out with this (unless you are willing to change their product, they should be your first resort in case of problems)? Malcolm
