Have an error message when trying to run any of the "canned" reports in Sage Accpac i.e. G/L Chart of Accounts, Trial Balance, Vendor Listing etc.
This is on a network environment. The issue is on the server/workstation. All other workstations running fine and printing without any issues. When we attempt to run any of the canned reports we receive the following error:
Error Description: Crystal Reports Error: Load Report Failed.
Just a bit of background this is Accpac V6.1, PU1 update and all hot fixes installed. This applies to the non server workstations as well and there are no problems.
Interestingly enough we can create our own crystal reports on the server and run them independently or within Accpac no problem. It is just the canned reports that won't work. Another error we receive if we use Crystal to go within the canned reports. When we try to verify the database we received the following error:
Failed to load database information. Details: The database DLL "crdb_p2bpipe.dll" could not be loaded.
We assume this error ties into our issue but not 100% sure. Not sure why it can't verify the database since all else is working on the server machine except printing these canned reports.
Thanks in advance for any postings.
