Crystal Reports diplayed over the web

I have been using Crystal reports for a few years now to do basic reports. I have used 7, 8.5, 9 and 11.
I have just been asked by a client if he can get his clients to run reports from a website.
Can anyone give me a "high-level" overview (don't need all the nitty gritty yet) of what's involved. Does it mean buying some kind of add-on?

You can export as HTLM and get decent output. Use the Export icon, the envelope with the downward red arrow. Or File > Export, in Crystal 10.

The pages come out as rather basic but usable.
