Hi,
I am using VB6 with SQL Server 2000 as the database and Crystal Reports Designer that comes with Crystal Reports Developer Edition 8.5. My report reports on Systems with two main sections. One is the coverage and the other is the rates being charged. My problem is that if I choose two specific systems (81 and 82) to report on (out of about 4000) and print both sections (because I give the user the option to suppress either section), the report will shut down saying "VB6.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You need to restart the program. An error log is being created." If I print these two systems with one section or the other but not both, it prints fine. If I print system 81 with system 80 instead of 82, it prints fine. If I print system 82 with 80 instead of 81 it prints fine. Because of this, I think the problem might be with the way Crystal reacts when it gets to the end of the page. It can't be database errors or vb errors or the systems wouldn't print with other systems and they wouldn't print with each other with one section suppressed. If anyone has come across this, please let me know how you fixed it.
Thanks in advance,
Lori
