I have an Oracle back end database. When I write my report, I want the 'contact' field from the Oracle view to populate. I follow the steps for setting up a parameter field. When I select the field from the view only part of the values are in the list box.
I do not know how to 'retrieve' all values.

Meaning that the values are cut off, or that the list is incomplete?

Try to avoid terms such as cut off, they aren't very descriptive.

Also, post your software version, the method vaires depending upon this.

In other words, technical information is the most important thing, chat about what you've tried or might like to should be secondary.

Yes, the list is incomplete.

I have tried both Crystal Reports 8.5 and Crystal Reports 10. I have the same results with both versions.

This is a registry setting. If you are comfortable editing your registry, search for MaxNBrowseValues in your registry and change the number to something higher. Then you will be able to find all the values.
