I apologize I am fairly new to the crystal world and have a quick question on formulating a report.

I have an Access table that I am working with that contains dates for various project completions.

I currently calculate each day for "days old" and color format those dates on the page. I have a request now to count those items which are over a certain amount of days old. What is the best way to go about this?

Age Field = Alarm_Age
Unique Field Identifier = Master_Customer_List.Location #

Alarm_Age > 365

I am sure this is easy and have tried several things but never get the desired result.

If you need more info let me know,

Thanks
CL

Have you looked at running totals and have it calculate based on a formula? (i.e, Alarm_Age >365)

Thanks that did it, I knew it would be simple....
