Hi,

I have a report that gets the CenterID as a parameter to CE and presents summary data for the center on html form initially. then we export the report into adobe for printing purposes.

If i run that report 2 times with different CenterIDs simultaneously, somehow, when i go to the 2nd page of the 1st report, i seem to get the results for the 2nd page of the 2nd report.

Somehow, what is active on the "cache" is the data based on the CenterID that the report was last run.

can anyone help me on this?

btw, we are using crystal enterprise 10

thanks,

Hi synapsevampire (or anyone else who's willing to help),

thank you for extending your help. I have already applied the latest patch.

my problem is still unsolved. this is exactly the same as this post:

How do you suggest i tackle this?

btw, how do i disable caching?

I've set the following on the cacheServer:

Maximum Cache Size Allowed (KBytes): 0
Maximum Simultaneous Processing Threads: Automatic
Minutes Before an Idle Connection is Closed: 1
Oldest On-Demand Data Given To a Client (in minutes): 3

thanks again

Sounds like an issue you should raise with Business Objects. They also have a mechanism for reporting bugs...

- Ido

Visual CUT & DataLink Viewer:
view, e-mail, export, burst, distribute, and schedule Crystal Reports.

isn't this a very basic issue for it not to be resolved??

getting each other's data should never happen at all.

i really think this is a setup problem. i hope someone can help me on this.

thanks,
