Crystal Reports - Blob fields -SQL Server

Hi,
Has anyone managed to connect Crystal Reports to SQL Server Pub database and got the blob(Image Fields) to show in a Report ?.
I am connecting to the Pub_Info table and using the Expert I add all fields however when I design the report the logo column vanishes !!

Any help appreciated Thanks
