Hi,

Iam very new to Enterprise. Can any one of you tell me how to do deal with this and if I can find something to read more about this please let me know. Any help is greatly appreaciated.

ISSUE: We are experiencing a situation where reports are running in a single thread thus affecting performance. They should be running in multiple threads. Using Crystal 9 version.

Hi Sweetie,

What ODBC database driver are you using?

We have had to switch to a Data direct driver when reporting against AS400 datasources as the Client Access Driver falls over when more than 1 user is trying to run the same report.
