There is no single reference to show this..they are completely different in architecture, methodology and functionality..Go to each's web site ard read about the features.
I have used both extensively ( for over too many years to reveal) and find Crystal much, much easier to develop ( and especially, modify) reports in that are as powerful as most that are designed in Oracle ( and, of course are more flexible since multiple databases can be the source of the data).
