Crystal Reports and OMNIS Development Environment

Sorry for the delay in replying.
We are launching reports from within our application. To do this we make calls to the following .dll files:
crpe32.dll
crpaig80.dll
p2sodbc.dll
We pass parameters as required. I won't go into the code as I assume you got that far. Our problem was that it worked OK on some sites, but on others the report window loaded and then disappeared. If we elected to send direct to print, the report started spooling but spooled a zero length file and disappeared.
We have found the solution to be a problem with the p2sodbc.dll. Version 8.0.0.84 has missing functions and causes the process to fail. Other versions have these problems to a varying degree but may be OK. If in doubt, replace the file with version 8.0.0.85. This can be obtained as a download from the crystal reports website , search for download file p2sodbc8. This is a .zip file.
