Hi,
I think, I have problems with Crystal Reports.
I've created a report with .net (C#) and ado.net.
With the crystalreport viewer I can see the result of my dataset on the screen.
With .net I've created a crystalreport1.rpt file.
There is another file on the same filepath too: {3859DC5A-65EB-4EA3-B25B-B225E45665D9}.rpt
I can't export the file with the cr viewer:
I pressed the viewer's export button: i can choose a filepath and a file name- and then:
"Error in file C:\Docum~1 ...\3859DC5A-65EB-4EA3-B25B-B225E45665D9.rpt
Operation not yet implemented".
"Export failed".
When I open the file crystalreport1.rpt file i can see the design view of the report.
When I go on preview a window is open: CR 9 is preparing to install:
"The feature you are trying to use is on a cdrom or other
removable disk that is not available".
When I insert the cdrom cr9 an put "OK" i get this message:
"The file E:\scrdev.msi is not a valid installation package for the product cr9. Try to find the installation package scrdev.msi in a folder from which you can install crystal reports 9".
It is the correct cd and the correct path!
Thanks for any help,
Stephanie
