crystal reports and missing records

The data is in oracle and the program creates a work table with the selected data and it calls the crystal report to print the data but the report does not print all the data.

Note that the report was printing correctly until the customer added a "CLUSTERING". (i.e. One oracle database with 2 servers connecting to the database where the two servers perform a load balancing between them.

What is this "and the program" being used?

Have you checked that the table is being properly populated? It sounds as though it's not.
