Crystal Reports and File DSNs

I have set up file DSNs for a handful of crystal reports, reading that File DSNs were better that system or user. i have them in a network folder. set up all of the crystal reports and tested them. they all work fine from my machine. i then opened the crystal folder to a few people for testing, added the file DSNs to their ODBC source admin, but there reports will not run and give them a login failed error. does anyone know how to make these work for any and all users that will be given rights to this folder? thanks
