Currently I am using Crystal Reports 2008 and I am looking to upgrade my version of ACT crm software but I have been told by the supplier that the file structure has been changed. Is anyone out there successfully using Crystal Reports with ACT 2009? I had issues years ago getting the mapping correct in the last version of CR so I wondered if anyone had some tips.
