Crystal Reports 9 - Drilldown problem

I am having some difficulty working with drill downs. I have three groups:

Group 1 Department - footer has dept operational cost
Group 2 Vehicle Classification - footer has operational cost
Group 3 Individual vehicles - footer has operational cost Details (individual cost months) at this level are suppressed.

I would like to set up the report to initially display department and vehicle classification cost summmary info, but also give the ability to drilldown to see the individual vehicle costs in a vehicle classification.

Here is an example:

Department one - display summary operational cost
Vehicle Class Sedan - display summary operational cost
Ability to drill to vehicle level:
vehicle 101 - summary data for this vehicle
vehicle 102 - summary data for this vehicle
etc.

Here is my problem. I can achieve drilldown to the vehicle level, but it will only display one vehicle at a time. Is there a way to display all of the vehicles at one time? e.g.

Department one - display summary operational cost
Vehicle Class Sedan - display summary operational cost
Ability to drill to vehicle level:
vehicle 101 - summary data for this vehicle
and then must return to classification level to look at another vehicle.

At the Vehicle Classification you should be able to see all of the vehicles group header and footer info, just not the details.

And when you say display all vehicles, do you mean span all groups then? The word ALL means that, but I'[m not sure what you really mean. If you expect ALL, then they aren't a part of that group, right? If you don't expect all

to show then the report should be working, if you do, you'll probably have to create a subreport linking to a non grouped report of all of the vehicles.

By all I meant display all of the vehicles in the vehicle classification drilled on.

I have tried to hide the group 3 listed below, but drilling only displays one vehicle at a time.

If I do not hide group 3 there is no problem. All of the vehicles in each vehicle classification are listed. Are you saying this should work? If so, I must be doing something wrong.
