I have a strange problem and am wondering if anyone out there has encountered the same thing. I am running Crystal Reports using ASP on a Windows 2003 Server. I have set permissions on the inetpub folder such that the IURS account has permission to read all files in that folder. The problem that I am having is that when I go to a Crystal Reports 8 report in that folder-- I can verfiy NTFS permissions for that report. However, if I modify the report in any way, including doing something as simple as verifying the database, NTFS permissions change on that report such that IUSR is removed from the allowed list, and the ASP fails. I don't have this problem running the exact same code locally on a Windows XP machine-- Can anoyone help?
