Hi,
I have been using the Active Data method of passing an ADO recordset to the crystal report at runtime. I find this a great way of working.

My problem is when I need to change the TTX format file, which I do manually, but the changes are not reflected within the report database fields? I have looked at the crystal support website, and found the bit about using the P2SMON.DLL database driver... still does not seem to work.

Anyone experienced this? any better ways of changing the TTX file.

P.S: I have mimicked the TAB separation as required in the TTX file.

It sounds like you need to verify the database within Crystal.

Open the report and select Database->Verify Database.
