Crystal Reports 8.5 with VB6 and ocx

We have converted some reports to CR 8.5 but have not changed the vb code to use RDC rather than the old OCX. Everything appears to be working OK! Does anyone know of a reason why we should not go for this as an interim upgrade until such time as we need to use the new features offered by the RDC?

Any contributions gratefully received!
