Crystal Reports 8.5 & SalesLogix 6.2

When I am pulling reports in SalesLogix, and Crystal displays them, I am only able to see two lines of "notes" information that occurs in the report.

Is there a way for me to make it so that I can see all of the notes instead of just 2 lines of it?

Have you right clicked the field and selected format field->Can Grow?

If so, and it still doesn't work, then it might be a limitation of your connetivity (presumably ODBC) of 254 characters. Try counting the number of characters returned.

What kind of database is behind Saleslogix? If it's Oracle, tyr using the Crystal native connectivity for Oracle or the Crystal ODBC driver for Oracle.

If all of the above fails, you may be able to get around it by using a SQL Expression with a substring function such as:

substr(table.field,255,254) to get the next 254 characters of data, and create as many more SQL Expressions as required.
