Crystal Reports 8.5 DLL error

I have created a report and am getting the following error:
database DLL 'crdb_odbc.dll' could not be loaded

Any help would be appreciated.

I have had this problem in past, in the end I had to uninstall and then reinstall Crystal 8.5.

Can't recall what caused it.
