Crystal reports 7 compiler

I thought that the compiler was included with version 7 and below, whereas CR 8.X required the download of an add on.
If you have a version that does NOT support EXE's, than what you're asking for is that someone supply you with a different version or edition of Crystal which is obviously a license violation unless you can find someone that doesn't currently have an upgrade and doesn't want to use Crystal.
