As you know using vb 2005 to open a vb6 project will convert the prject to run in vb 2005. My vb6 project used a crystal reports 6 control called crystl32.ocx.

In vb6 the following code would call the report:
CrystalReport1.ReportFileName = strReportPath & "Report1.rpt"
CrystalReport1.Action = 1

I get a com exception error at CrystalReport1.Action = 1

I have converted my crystal reports 6 to crystal reports 11 which comes with 2005 and verified that they work.

I notice that 2005 doesn't have a crystal report control but a viewer and report document.

I'm new to vb 2005 but still learning. So what are my options to opening the reports from my program?

They are seven reports that needs to be printed out.

Can someone get me started on the right track?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Finally found a way to do what I needed. I used a tabbed form to show the multiple reports.

Thanks
