Crystal Reports 2008 export to Excel 2007 format?

At least one of the 3rd-party Crystal Reports Viewers listed at: provides this functionality. The Crystal 2008 version of that viewer provides an export to "Excel 2007-2010 (.xlsx)" and "Excel 2007-2010 Data Only (.xlsx)" formats.
