Crystal reports 2008 - Error 50410

Greetings,

We have a virtual CR 2008 server on hyperV. Recently we have been getting in the event viewer (Error CMS Server Watcher: server named 'CBHOUCR03.ProgramJobServer' is being marked as down because it is unresponsive) Source BusinessObjects_CMS - Event id 50410.

Can anyone help me understand what is happening?

The Program Job Server in your CRS system is going down. To see this, log in to the CMC and go to Server.

If you're not scheduling programs to run (in other words, if your CRS is only used to run reports, you could probably just stop the Program Job Server, set it to not start with the SIA, and then disable it because your system is not actually using it.
