I am setting this up to allow access to users. Only thing is that every time you try to run a report, I get prompted for database logon for every table. How can I default this so it does not ask?

Are you talking about Crystal Reports, Crystal Reports Server, or Crystal Enterprise, or?

Note this is a Crystal Enterprise forum, so I'll address it as Crystal Reports Server:

In the Central Management Console, go to the report and under Process->Database you addd in the connectivity and turn off and on whether you're prompted.

Make sure that you also set the Process->Parameters to prompt if need be, and any defauolt values.

In BO Enterprise XI, you do the same thing. Go into the Central Management Console, locate your report and click on the Process Tab and click on database. Type in the password for the user assigned to the server. Also, make sure you check Use same database logon as when report is run. The default is set to Prompt the user for database logon
