Crystal Reports 11.0.0.895
Oracle 10g
BOXIR2 Infoview

Hello:

I am testing a crystal report that is to be scheduled to run at a specific time daily, and delivered to several recipients.

The crystal report includes a currency field which retains the correct position in the physical crystal report. However, when I receive the results of the same report, housed in Infoview, and delivered via .pdf, the field appears to have moved over to the right, and does not align with the other fields as it should.

It is attached to a vertical guideline, as are the other fields. Horizontal alignment left is checked, as are Display Currency Symbol, and Fixed.

Is this a known issue, or do I need to adjust the settings?

Thank you,

Helen

Have you tried exporting it directly from Crystal? I suspect you'll see the same issue. The export methods don't always line things up correctly, so you'll probably just have to adjust the report itself.
