Crystal Reports 10 Group Sort Expert need help

I am creating a top 25 customers report. I am using the Group Sort Expert to create a top n sort, 25 in this case and want to include others. However instead of the 26th row being labeled "Others" it is using the last customer name in the "Others" detail. The dollar amounts are correct I just can't get it to display "Others" on the 26th line.
Any thoughts on what is preventing this fairly routine function from working?

First make sure that you have the Group Name on the report and not the field itself. Also confirm that the Group Sort Expert actually shows the word "Others" in the label box.
