Crystal Reports 10 crash

Recently every time I tried to run CR10 I would get an error message crw32.exe has a problem and must close.

We reinstalled CR10 several times, deleting all traces and removing registry entries, still crashed.

Reloaded Windows, rinstalled CR10 and it now runs great.

Hi,
Usually that type of error indicates a DLL clash ( maybe a previous CR version was installed and did not clean out correctly?)

Did you just reboot or actually reinstall Windows?

Rebooting did not help, we had to reformat the hard drive and reinstall windows.
