Hi all,

I added a cross tab in my report and placed it on the report header section. I added few additional text as labels and drawn few line around the cross tab.

When I run the report the line and additional labels are not appearing in all the pages. I formated the line and the additional text to appear - Repeat on all horizontal pages still it is not appearing on all the pages?

Please help me out.

Thanks
Saran

Things in the report header only appear once. If you want something on every page, use the page header.

I just tested this and both a text box and lines appeared on horizontal pages created by a crosstab in the report header when each were formatted to "repeat on horizontal pages."

Hi LB,

Strange, I did the same. I have more rows in my cross tab, so the cross tab span across multiple pages.

What I added as headline - as text box is not appearing on the other pages.

Is there any other setting that i need to worry about,.

Thanks
Saran

I am talking about horizontal (virtual) pages, not vertical (normal) pages. If you are referring to regular pages, then you need to place the crosstab in a different section. You could group (#1) on a formula:

whilereadingrecords;
""

Then place the crosstab in this group header. Then you will have a page header to work with where you can place fields to repeat on vertical pages.

Thanks LB.

I will try this and let you know.

Thanks again
