Crystal report will not print on CERTAIN machines

Hello and thanks in advance.

I have a report I have designed in crystal 10.0 through VS 2005. When I run the application and print from my local machine I am fine.

When I put the app on our web server and individuals access it through our intranet and click the print icon nothing happens. No print. No error message. Nothing.

I can print from the web server and so can another develper.

What could be wrong?

Since you and another developer can print, an easy guess would be that some software is installed on your machine that is not installed on the user's machine.
