Greetings,
I have been creating reports in CRXI and then sending them out to users who are using the CrViewer program. I am noticing that many times when I have placed a chart in the file only half of my chart labels are showing up. For example I created a chart that lists out Qty of events by severity and on my CRXI report it shows Level 1 = x Level 2 = x and Level 3 = x events. When I open this file up in the viewer it shows only Level 1 and Level 3 labels. The bar for level 2 events is on the chart but not the label. Im confused and any help would be appreciated

Thanks
Thant

If you can't get CrViewer to behave, a work-round is to export as Acrobat (PDF).

[yinyang] Madawc Williams (East Anglia, UK). Using Windows XP & Crystal 10 [yinyang]

I could do that but I need the CR viewers ability to drill down into my data.

What version of the runtime components is used for the viewer app? Did you write it yourself? Do you get the same behavior in the viewer even when running it on the same machine as Crystal?

view, email, export, burst, distribute, and schedule Crystal Reports.

All,
I thank you for your suggestions but I think I have found the problem. Apparently I missed a setting on the chart expert that lists out all of the labels on a chart.

Thanks
