Has anybody had an issue with with the adhoc veiwer not populating. The Active X settings are set to allow. The website is a trusted site. Popup blockersdisabled, and or removed. Can ping the symposium webserver. Other machines with same user name and logon can access without issue. Realtime reporting works.

Any thoughts?

that would seem to isolate it to that box, a reimage might be quicker, it still sounds like a security setting..

I agree with John. If everything else works, but that machine, then it must be that Client PC.

Are you using windows xp sp2? is firewall disabled / exceptions set per SWC security guide?

OK, found solution. Run Npviewer.exe.
