I found this error "Crystal Report Viewer Logon failed" when I open a customize crystal report in ACCPAC
that used non-accpac tables.
How can I fix this error? I'm using Sage Accpac 5.4A with MSSQL 2008 on Win 2007.

thanks

we are using customized shipment return/program (Sage Software\Sage Accpac\CUSTOMIZATION\RETURN.avb).

We cannot create report using accpac tables because the report data are from non-accpac tables link to accpac tables, Our problem is cannot run in accpac but in crystal report it's working.

Then run it from Crystal, write your own Crystal runtime engine, or upgrade to the current version. The bottom line is Accpac 5.4 _will not_ run non-Accpac tables in a Crystal report.

Add a Crystal report control to a form and launch the report from the CR control. This will work with Accpac 5.4 and the older CRPE, but not with the newer versions.
