Crystal Report Viewer Issue in Crystal Enterprise 10

Hi,

I am using Crystal Enterprise 10 and Crystal report 10. I have one issue. If I set report viewer as DHTML I can not print or export report. Do you know which patch I need?
I can not change that to Active X.

Hi,
Can you explain further:

What error message or behavior when you try to print?
All export formats or just one or two - again what happens when you try?
