Crystal report viewer error

Hi

Need some help with database code error: 468
When trying to run the report within a application i get the following error

failed to retrieve data from database.
details: (database vendor code: 468) please any help, i need to select from to date, when i select the date and hit run then i get this error.

What database?

Is MS SqlServer try some of these:

Hi turkbear,

i'm using crystal report 10 and want to run the report from in accpac v.5.5 however when i select dates and hit run then i get that error and have to close it, i am using sql 2000 database

accpac provide this solution but do not know how to get there to fix it please help.

accpac Solution:


This is a common error when the system and company databases do not have the same collation settings.

For example, if the Sage Accpac system database was created in MS SQL using a collation method of latin1_general_bin, the matching company database must also have latin1_general_bin.
